Before you can create a Google Platform billing account, you must have

  1. Google Account

  1. Navigate to "https://console.cloud.google.com/"
  2. if this is the first time you are navigating to this page, you should see a Welcome screen.
  3. Select your Country
  4. Agree to the Terms of service
  5. Click on Agree and Continue
  6. You have now created your Google Cloud Platform account

The next step is to create a Google Cloud Platform Billing account.
